We want you to love your lederhosen. If something is not right, here is how we make it right.

Return Window We accept returns within 14 calendar days of your delivery date.

Condition Requirements Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. Leather must be free from any signs of wear, odours, marks or stains. Items that have been worn — even once — will not be accepted.

How to Return Email contact@lederhosencompany.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will send you a Return Authorisation number and the return address. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom embroidery and personalised orders
  • Made-to-measure orders
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Opened accessories (socks, hats, belts)
  • Items returned after 14 days

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return (3–5 business days), your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges Need a different size? Email us and we will arrange a free exchange on your first request per order.

Faulty Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including shipping at no cost to you.
